• Can survive without sunlight, and in fact, I thrive in shade or partial shade as well as under bright indoor light.

• Tend to droop a bit when I’m thirsty. Watering me thoroughly once a week and a daily misting of my leaves once a day, keeps me well hydrated and happy. Water me less in winter.
• Well-known for my ability as a home purifying plant. I am an expert in breaking down or neutralizing toxic gases like carbon monoxide and formaldehyde.
• My stems, leaves and bracts, if ingested, are toxic to both, humans and pets.

1. What about usage of Fertilizer and pest control for the plant?
   I am sensitive to chemical fertilizers and prefer organic options. The best time of the year to feed me with fertilizers is spring and summer. I am relatively immune to pests and diseases as compared to other houseplants. However, in case of an invasion of pests such as spider mites, aphids or mealy bugs, wipe my leaves and spray with insecticidal soap.
   
   
2. How to go about with the repotting of the plant?
   Repot me into a larger container as soon as my roots start showing or it seems like I’m drinking too much, way too soon.
